Bolton born Angela McGovern worked as a Radiographer at the Royal Bolton Hospital. Her career was taking medical pictures, this overflowed into her leisure time passion for photography. She now specialises in high quality colour and black and white fine art prints that could grace any location, be it at the office, official function or simply adding class and decor to any room.
Angela�s first opportunity to use a camera at an early age proved to be a positive and memorable one and she later studied black and white photography and traditional developing and dark room techniques.
She is passionate about photography and rarely leaves home without a camera, seeing composition in all aspects of everyday life.

Her efforts to truly mirror and extract fleeting moments in time have resulted in her developing her own distinctive style of photography, a style where the monochrome imagery strives to capture a variety of scenes that are both evocative and enriching.
Angela has recently progressed to digital techniques and embraces the advantages of these methods. Her ethos however is to limit the manipulation of an image, preferring to rely on her instinctive eye as an artist to capture the sensitivity, beauty and drama of a scene.
